She leads the diversity initiative 'Women behind the Drone Revolution' and holds a pivotal role in technical innovation within the drone sector. She is a military-safety engineer with strong agile program management background.

Dr. Eduardo García

Senior Manager for Future Skies at CANSO

Dr. Eduardo García is the Senior Manager for Future Skies at CANSO, where he leads the organisation's efforts to advance the vision for the future of Air Traffic Management (ATM) services and spearheads the innovations necessary to realise this vision. He also coordinates the activities of the Complete Air Traffic System (CATS) Global Council, ensuring a unified and strategic approach towards achieving their collective objectives. Additionally, he contributes to shaping the content for CANSO's Airspace World event. Eduardo is actively involved with ICAO on a range of topics, particularly those concerning emerging technologies. He serves as the co-Chair of the Aviation System Block Upgrades (ASBU) Panel Project Team and is the Co-Rapporteur of the ICAO Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Vision group. Before his current role, Eduardo served as the Manager for European ATM Coordination and Safety at CANSO, where he led coordination efforts on technical, operational, and safety matters within CANSO Europe.

Dr. Rob Weaver

Urban ATM Global Business Development Lead at Eve Air Mobility

Dr. Rob Weaver is the Urban ATM Global Business Development Lead for Eve Air Mobility, the Embraer backed startup dedicated to accelerating the global Urban Air Mobility (UAM) ecosystem. He has worked with EmbraerX and Eve on new ATM concepts to support UAM since 2018. This work has included publishing new concepts of operation for Urban ATM with regulators, ANSPs and government in Australia, the UK and Japan. He is a member of the Complete Air Traffic System (CATS) Global Council. Previously, Rob was Executive General Manager Safety, Environment & Assurance at Airservices Australia, where he was a member of the Executive for six years. He has also worked for the UK’s Air Navigation Service Provider and holds a PhD in safety critical systems from the University of York.

José Ignacio Rodríguez Modroño

Managing Director at Bluenest

José Ignacio (Nacho) Rodríguez is an AAM/UAM expert devoted to designing the vertiports of the future air mobility at Bluenest by Globalvia. He has a polyvalent background in ATM and UTM with a proven track record in air traffic management, Urban Air Mobility projects and eVTOL OEMs. Nacho is a Telecommunications Engineer, PMP certified and UAS pilot with flights performed with passenger eVTOL.

Luigi is a strong professional with a Laurea focused in Ingegneria informatica from Università degli Studi di Napoli 'Federico II'.
